Nike will pay tribute to Ken Griffey Jr. with a special collection that includes the Air Griffey Max 1 dubbed ‘Swingman.’
This Nike Air Griffey Max 1 features the ‘Freshwater’ theme, but with a twist. Utilizing White leather on the upper while Black leather lands on the overlays. Next, we have the ‘Swingman’ text branding on the tongue label and the ‘Swingman’ logo on the heel. A large Gold Swoosh hits the toe box, ‘The Sweetest Swing’ text lands on the insoles, and we have a Gold hang tag with Griffey’s number 24. Finally, a Teal midsole and a Black rubber outsole finish the look.
