The Nike Air Foamposite Pro “University Blue” will return on March 27, 2026. This marks the first time the pair has been released since their debut in the early 2000s. The retail price is $240.

Nike is bringing back the Air Foamposite Pro in full force. After a brief hiatus, the brand has been showing more love to the model. For Spring 2026, we will see the “University Blue” Foamposite Pro return to retailers.

The Nike Air Foamposite Pro was initially released in 1997. However, the “University Blue” iteration launched in 2003. This will be the first time the shoes have been released since the early 2000s.

This Nike Air Foamposite Pro is dressed in a University Blue, White, and Midnight Navy color scheme. As you can see, University Blue covers the Foamposite shell with a matte finish. In addition, we have White on the Swoosh logos, leather eyestays, mesh tongues, laces, and heels. The shoes also have Midnight Navy on the branding and mid-foot plate. Other details include Penny’s logo on the tongues and a primarily White rubber outsole.

Bottom Line

This is one of my favorite Foamposite Pro releases. I have never owned the original pair, so the 2026 will be a must pickup. Although the Foamposite Pro does have some hype, I do believe this won’t be hard to obtain. The only downfall is the release time of being in February. This is the month when all brands show out with some of the best releases. For many including myself, February will be a busy month.
