The ACG Watercat+ was originally released in 2006 and is part of Nike ACG’s line and was designed for the warmer months for those that love to be around the water. Highlighted with a woven construction, so the shoes won’t retain much water, if any. For 2023, Nike has brought the pair back but with a modern build. One of the upcoming pairs is the ‘University Gold’ rendition that will be available in Summer 2023.
This Nike ACG Watercat comes dressed in a Yellow, University Gold, and Black color combination. Red fills in the ‘ACG’ branding underneath but comes highlighted with a woven upper with a bungee cord-like pattern that replaces the original textile. A leather overlay appears on the heels and hints on the panels, and ACG branding is used throughout. Finishing the look is a two-tone rubber outsole.
