Unlike the rest of the world, sneakerheads from Japan always had a genuine respect and love for New Balance. It wasn’t up until a few years ago that the rest of the world started paying attention. That explains why New Balance has been teaming up with Japanese brands for numerous collaborations. This New Balance 1500 is the latest to come out of Japan. To clarify, this isn’t a collaboration but an “exclusive” sold only at United Arrows and Beauty & Youth stores in Japan. Although these look similar to general release models, these two pairs are different thanks to the highlight colorway and materials used on the upper.
