MSCHF is just off the release of the AC.1, a shoe that’s inspired by an Aircast boot, and as a follow-up, the Brooklyn creative studio will debut the Super Normal 2 ‘5 O’Clock Shadow,’ also known as the ‘Perrotin Edition,’ to coincide with the opening of their inaugural solo gallery show No More Tears, I’m Lovin’ It.
The Super Normal 2 is an updated version of the MSCHF Supernormal sneaker with a new liquified outsole tread. Limited to 666 pairs, the ‘5 O’clock Shadow’ features Black long hair suede with White speckled detailing. Each pair features the edition number on the lateral heel (1-666, or Artist Proof).
You can expect the MSCHF Super Normal 2 ‘5 O’Clock Shadow’ to release exclusively at Perrotin Gallery NYC and the MSCHF Sneakers App on November 3rd. Perrotin Gallery NYC will be open from 12-8 PM EST, while the app will have the shoes at 10 AM EST. The retail price is $185.
