Kool-Aid x Nike Ja 2 “Tropical Punch” Releases July 2025

The Kool-Aid x Nike Ja 2 “Tropical Punch” is one of two colorways. The “Tropical Punch” iteration will be released on July 3, 2025, retailing for $130.

Nike Basketball and Ja Morant will debut a new two-pack series of the Ja 2 in collaboration with Kool-Aid. Many of us remember drinking Kool-Aid as kids. Even today, some of us still enjoy the drink (we sure do). With two separate release dates, the pair shown is the “Tropical Punch” iteration and will be available in July 2025. The “Mixed Berry” rendition is also being released.

This Nike Ja 2 is highlighted in a Red-to-Pink gradient across the upper, inspired by the Kool-Aid Tropical Punch flavor. Nodding to the 90s, we have cracked detailing on the panels, referencing when the Kool-Aid Man would break through walls in the commercials. In addition, we have the Kool-Aid logo on the tongues, and his catchphrase, “Ohhh Yeah!” on the inside of the tongues. Throughout are water droplets, representing a cold glass of Kool-Aid. Other details include “12:AM” branding in the Kool-Aid font, and an icy Blue translucent rubber outsole.

Kool-Aid Nike Ja 2 Tropical Punch Release Date

The Kool-Aid x Nike Ja 2 “Tropical Punch” will be released on July 3rd, 2025, at select Nike Basketball retailers and online via Nike.com. The retail price is $130. Furthermore, the shoes will be available in full family sizes. Continue to scroll below for more photos to give you a closer look.
