Although Ja Morant has a thriving signature line, the Memphis Grizzlies guard will connect with Nike Basketball to release the Air Force 1 Low “NY vs NY.” While his name is attached to the shoe, it won’t have any branding of Morant.
In the past, Nike Basketball has launched multiple silhouettes to honor the NY vs NY tournament in New York City, with the Air Force 1 being a staple.
This Nike Air Force 1 Low features a clean and simple color scheme, highlighted in Black, Cobalt Bliss, and White. As you can see, the shoes feature a Black nubuck upper with tumbled leather on the Swoosh logos. The signature perforations appear on the toe and panels. Our favorite part is the Cobalt Bliss accents on the Nike Air branding on the tongue, lace dubrae, “Air” on the midsole, and “NY vs NY” on the heels. Tucked away is additional co-branding on the insoles. Other details include a Black midsole and a Gum rubber outsole.
