The Grateful Dead x Oregon Ducks x Nike Air Max 90 “Grateful Ducks” will be released on October 24, 2025. Highlighted with tie-dye detailing, the retail price is $140.

The Grateful Dead will collaborate with Nike once again, but this time around, they will receive some help from the Oregon Ducks, and it will be on a new model for them. The two will connect on the Air Max 90, which pays tribute to The Grateful Dead’s legacy, while connecting to the Oregon Ducks. 

The model may have been chosen due to the lead guitarist and vocalist, Jerry Garcia, spotted wearing the Air Max 90 in the early 1990s.

Previously, we saw the Grateful Dead’s SB Dunk Low pack that launched in 2020. However, this Nike Air Max 90 takes a different approach. Firstly, the pair is dressed in a Sail, Yellow Strike, and Green Shock color combination. Highlighting the shoes is a tie-dye print across the mudguard, with fuzzy Green filling in the Swoosh, which is outlined in Yellow with a zig-zag design. The upper is built with mesh, suede, leather, and canvas. Another notable addition is the Grateful Dead logo on the heel, replacing the Nike Air logo. Both Green and Yellow accents connect to the Ducks, while the hangtag has a new look. Instead of the iconic Grateful Dead bears, we have the ducks instead. Lastly, each pair comes with multiple laces.
