Safari print: the animal-print originator, or elephant print’s bastard step-child? The debate will go on for decades to come. However, that hasn’t stopped Nike from going ham with the print as of late, throwing it on everything from Roshe Runs to the extra-dope upcoming Nike Air 180 Safari pack. The Nike SB Dunk High “Black Safari”, seen here, looks to keep that streak going for the good folks from Beaverton.
Featuring a suede-based black upper atop a black mid/outsole combination, the Safari print comes in the paneling of the shoe, giving the shoe a dangerous black-on-black motif. Solar red accents the shoe, covering the lining and featuring on the tongue tab and laces.
No word yet on the release date for these interesting kicks, but we’ll definitely keep you posted. What are your thoughts on this shoe?
