Comme des Garçons, under its HOMME Plus line, has unveiled its Air Jordan 11 collaboration, featuring two colorways. Known for minimalist fashion and high-end design, CDG reinterprets the classic silhouette in tonal colorways. First showcased at Paris Fashion Week, one pair is highlighted in all-White, and the other consists of all-Black.
Both the Air Jordan 11 colorways by CDG take on a minimalist approach. One pair features all-Black, which resembles the “Cap and Gown release, while the other is in all-White, which resembles the “Silver Anniversary” iteration. Both pairs feature patent leather on the mudguard, while the upper is covered in premium leather rather than ballistic nylon. The signature Jumpman appears on the collar embossed, while the branding appears on the lower part of the tongue. It also comes with “23” on the heels.
Branding by COMME des GARCONS HOMME PLUS is also subtle. On the medial side of each pair, it’s embossed, while stamped on the insoles. The look is completed with a translucent rubber outsole.
