Nike and Oklahoma State University are celebrating the 30th Anniversary of Barry Sanders’ ’88 season with classic uniforms. In addition they will also bring back the Nike Air Zoom Turf Jet.
When Barry Sanders was at Oklahoma State he won the Heisman Trophy in 1988.
This pair comes dressed in the OSU Cowboys color combination. Looking closer this Nike Air Zoom Turf Jet comes highlighted with Sanders’ number 21 on the strap of the left shoe while the right has ‘OSU’. In addition we have his signature on the inside of the left tongue, ‘Out of Nowhere’ on the inside of the right tongue and ‘1988’ on each heel for his Heisman Trophy season.
This Nike Air Zoom Turf Jet is limited to 250 pairs and will release tomorrow at the Oklahoma State Student Union. Currently it isn’t known if a wider release will take place but once more information is available we will make sure to update.
