Several Player Exclusives (PE) were drawn up for the Beijing Summer Olympics that took place a few weeks ago, one in particular that is quite surprising is the Air Jordan V (5) pictured above. This USA Basketball follows the traditional theme of white, silver and navy being accompanied by making up the white upper. More Olympic associated elements include “08/08/08” being sewn into the inside of the tongue and the USA Basketball logo appearing on the inside of the sneaker. These would be better if they had more color in them instead of all white. There's only a handful of shoes that look nice in all white: Air Force 1s, Adidas Superstars, Air Jordan IIIs, and some others. But not Air Jordan Vs.
That USA Basketball logo on the insole looks like garbage. Are you sure these aren't fakes? Can we get a pic of the size tag? CP or Melo would be getting these since they are Jordan team members on the Olympic team. Not sure who else they might have been for.
