The Air Jordan IX has been one the most sought after shoes, especially with recent restocks depleting as we near the start of summer. These sneakers are famous for their Cool Grey editions, which dropped for a retro release about a year ago. Now it’s Alberto Lou’s turn to flip these shoes into a new masterpiece, with the help of some classic Jordan Brand design staples.
The Air Jordan IX (9) “BC Infra” customs by Alberto Lou are mostly grey, with infrared accented panels, and feature elephant printing on the midsoles. The black midfoot paneling is enveloped by a smooth grey patent overlay, which match the dark, icy grey outsoles found on the bottom. Infrared accents add a pop of color throughout the uppers, and on the branding located on the rear and outsole. White lacing brings these latest customs together to completion.
Alberto Lou did an amazing job with these customs! The use of the elephant print on the midsoles are a great touch, and the minimal infrared accents compliment the dark tones of the shoes nicely. What do you think of these customs by Alberto Lou? Check out some more photos after the jump!
