The well talented artist, Eddie Garcia, is back at it again but this time with a pair of Low XIs. Going back in time, Eddie did a special “Tiffany” custom on the Reebok Question that generated quite a buzz; but this time Eddie suits up the Low XI in a stealth black upper and a tiffany mid-sole. Sticking with his traditional tactics, this is a custom done well. It is unique, tasteful, hyped, and very creative. To top it off, the “Black Tiffany” sits atop an icy bottom.
