Jordan Brand will celebrate the 35th Anniversary of the Air Jordan 6 in 2026 by dropping multiple colorways. This will include new and old pairs. As for the new pairs, we have the Air Jordan 6 Low returning to retailers. One of the upcoming releases includes the โBlackoutโ rendition, which will be available in womenโs sizing.
This Air Jordan 6 Low is dressed in a Black and Black color scheme. As you can see, the shoes are covered in Black pony hair throughout. This could be a nod to the Year of the Horse. However, there are no other ties to the celebration. Previously, we have seen other Jordan Brand sneakers covered in Black pony hair that arenโt tied to CNY or YOTH. Additionally, Metallic Blue lands on the lace lock with an iridescent finish, with Metallic Silver on part of the midsole. The look is completed with a milky translucent outsole.

Bottom Line
I do like the colorway on this pair and the addition of pony hair gives them a unique look. As for the blocking, it reminds me of the “Chrome” Air Jordan 6 Low. Although I won’t be picking this pair up, I may chance my mind if I find my size on sale.
