Jordan Brand will have plenty of drops in February 2026, expanding across pairs for All-Star Weekend and Valentineโs Day. Expanding on Michael Jordanโs latest signature shoe, the Air Jordan 40, we have the โInfraredโ iteration. Expected to be the All-Star release, the shoes will debut around the same time as the โReverse Infraredโ Air Jordan 6.
As you can see, this Air Jordan 40 is dressed in a Black, Infrared 23, and Dark Grey color combination. Although the first leaked image of the shoes isnโt the greatest, we can tell whatโs going on with them. Highlighted with Black across most of the upper, while Infrared details appear on the Jumpman and the rubber outsole. Additionally, Dark Grey accents run throughout, with Gold on the medial side. Overall, itโs a nice nod to the classic Air Jordan 6, which is celebrating its 35th Anniversary.

Bottom Line
I am a huge fan of the Air Jordan 40, and I have liked each pair so far. Some colorways are definitely better than others, and this upcoming โInfraredโ pair has much potential. The only drawback it may have, from a brand perspective, is that most will be going after the โReverse Infraredโ Air Jordan 6. This, of course, is good news for us as it has more potential to go on sale and we can save some money.

From what I can tell, no. However, the colorway is inspired by the โInfraredโ and โReverse Infraredโ Air Jordan 6.
