Jordan Brand’s Summer 2026 calendar keeps delivering, and this next one is for the kids, though plenty of adults are going to want it in their size, too. Known as the โBlack Infrared 23โ Air Jordan 4, the look doesnโt scream โkidsโ exclusive,โ which is why I feel the brand should have dropped these in adult sizes as well. Jordan Brand has made a clear effort this year to give younger collectors their own chapter of the Air Jordan 4 story, and this new colorway should be a hit.
This Air Jordan 4 is dressed in a Black, Bright Mango, Barely Volt, and Infrared 23 color combination. Highlighted with a Black suede upper. Jordan Brand adds energy with Barely Volt accents on the mesh netting and tongue, making the shoe feel more vibrant. The real standout comes lower on the shoe, where Bright Mango and Infrared 23 work together across the midsole and outsole. Furthermore, the midsole has speckled details. Lastly, Jumpman branding is throughout, while the tongue label features water droplets.

Bottom Line
This pair will stand out for sure, and since I can see some adults wanting to pick it up, itโs a pass for me. The colorway is a bit vibrant for my taste as of late, although I do like it when the brand uses Infrared. I think the addition of Barely Volt and Mango is what throws it off. But if you like them, donโt let me talk you out of buying.
