This shoe was originally launched in 2014, and some say it is the best retro colorway to be released. Launched when predominate Red shoes were popular, this pair includes added details to reflect the “Ferrari” moniker.
The colorway was so popular with the Air Jordan 14 that it sparked a series. In 2019, Jordan Brand launched the “Black Ferrari” iteration, which features carbon fiber on the midsole overlay and a quilted design on the medial side. The “Reverse Ferrari” was released in the same year and features carbon fiber and a one-piece upper.
The “Ferrari” Jordan 14 was initially released in Chicago. A month later, we saw a wider launch occur.
This Air Jordan 14 is dressed in a Challenge Red, Black, Vibrant Yellow, and Anthracite color scheme. The shoes have a one-piece upper covered in Red suede. Carbon fiber details adorn most of the midsole, a standout feature of the shoes. Next, Yellow fills in the Ferrari-inspired emblem, hinted on the tongue and heel branding. Silver lands on the mid-foot shank plate to complete the look, along with Black on the tongues, laces, liner, and most of the midsole.
