Jordan Brand is revisiting the early 2000s releases, and this is one that longtime collectors will recognize right away. The โRed Steelโ Air Jordan 10 didnโt get the same attention as some of the original colorways, but over time, it built a strong following. Bringing it back in 2027 gives more people a chance to grab a pair without paying resale prices. Nor is the pair wearable.
Looking closer, this Air Jordan 10 features a simple color combination. White tumbled leather runs across the upper, while Red covers the eyestays, laces, collar, branding, and tongue. Additionally, it comes with Grey on the eyelets, mixed within the checker print on the liner, and hinted on the rubber outsole. The โRed Steelโ nickname comes from its resemblance to the โSteelโ Air Jordan 10 color blocking, but with Red.
The design stays true to the original Air Jordan 10 build, which was first released in 1995 and designed by Tinker Hatfield. Known for its clean lines and unique outsole that lists Michael Jordanโs early career achievements.

Bottom Line
The โRed Steelโ Jordan 10 returning makes sense, as most people are drawn to the silhouette. While the colorway isnโt original, it has a simple theme that reminds me of pairs from 1995. Furthermore, itโs been over 20 years since the pair has dropped. I missed the original release, so in 2027, I will grab my size.
