After sneaking in a peek at the Van Doren collection from Vans for the next Fall/Winter 2012 sneaker season, today we get a look at a collection of shoes to help protect against the frigid weather that is also dropping next Fall/Winter 2012. This Vans Outdoor Classics Pack consists of the Vans Chukka, Switchback and Low Profile Era- each in at least two different colorways. Dropping this weekend is the most recent collaboration between the Vans Syndicate line and Japanese brand WTAPS.

The “Bones” Pack features the Era, Chukka, and SK8-Hi, each done up in premium burgundy suede and canvas with an all-over crossbones print.  The shoes also sport WTAPS and Vans branding on the tongues and sit atop white vulcanized midsoles.

This Vans x WTAPS collab is set to drop this Saturday, December 10, at select Vans Syndicate accounts like Berkeley’s own 510 Skateboarding.

Vans has linked up with none other than American Rag CIE to produce three pairs of sneakers, which include the Era and Chukka Boot. Two pairs of the American Rag CIE Vans Era will release, featuring burgundy/grey and grey/green. The Chukka Boot is solid black, made in Italian leather. Releasing this June at American Rag.

With the warmer days (hopefully) just around the corner, it seems as though many may be trading in winter boots for chukkas. Having just shown you a grey suede Vans Chukka 59 Pro that was looked upon favorably, we bring you another chukka involved in this celebratory collaboration. In an effort to commemorate the 15th anniversary of 430 BMX Connection and 45th of Vans, the two have teamed up to design a black/red suede Chukka and Era. This pack will start releasing on April 30th of this year from 430 locations.

The first silhouette we brought you a look at from the Vans Vault MLB “Opening Day” Collection was the Vans Vault Chukka LX designed for the Chicago White Sox enthusiasts. Several teams later, we finally have a look at the shoe designed for this city’s National League baseball team. Pictured here is the Chicago Cubs version of a Vans Vault Chukka LX, fully equipped with the logo near the heel and Chicago Cubs blue along the entire upper. Red and white accents can also be seen sparingly throughout, while the entire shoe sits on an all-white sole. This model is also being limited to only 12 pairs and a matching jersey will also be made available for purchase. This time around, it will be the city’s St. Alfred shop that will have these for sale come April 12th.

Having already shown you the Vans Vault LX shoes inspired by the NL East Atlanta Braves and also the pair inspired by the New York Mets, we can now show you the Vans Vault sneaker representing for the defending National League champions. Pictured here is the Philadelphia Phillies’ Vans Vault Chukka LX, which comes in a predominantly light grey upper with red lining and a white sole. As with the other Vans Vault Opening Day releases, you’ll have the opportunity to purchase a matching Phillies jersey. However, remember that only 12 pairs of these will be made available for sale- in this case from the UBIQ shop of Philly come April 12.

Vans has teamed up with Supreme a plethora of times in the past and have produced many sneakers together, including the “Checkerboard” collection, the “Splatter” Half Cab & Era, and the “Camo” 106. This time around, the two silhouettes of choice are the Vans Chukka and the Vans Old Skool. Both sneakers will be produced in five colorways. The Old Skool will host suede/canvas uppers with snakeskin detail and leather insoles, while the Chukka will yield suede uppers with snakeskin trim and leather insoles. All five pairs from the Surpeme x Vans collaboration will be available online and in-store on April 10th, 2010. Check out the detailed pictures after the jump.
