It seems as though San Antonio Spurs fans like myself have a particularly hard day at the Sneaker office with so many colorways reminding us of the team’s Round 1 fate. Earlier today we showed you a grey/black/white Nike Blazer low with perforated Nike swoosh. A few hours later we bring you this look at a black/grey/white colorway of what might be a slightly more popular OG design. Pictured here is the Nike Air Pegasus ’89 in said colorway, but it is popping up first at overseas Nike retailers. So if you truly are a fan of them, you’ll have to check with overseas hook-ups.

Nike went with a mix of “fog” and “wineberry” on the Air Pegasus 89 that would look good on any woman getting in some good exercise. Today we show you that very model again in a black base, but this time with purple and orange accents- should you Phoenix Suns fans want to sport team colors when working out. Well, it seems as though Nike has it in its head that this fall/winter season is going to be about the “wineberry” color for women. We’ve already caught a glimpse of a “wineberry leopard” Nike Air Royalty mid VT. Now we see that the Nike Air Pegasus 89 pictured here, although done-up in mostly black along the upper, comes with a hint of “wineberry” coloring along the heel and rear part of the midsole. These have begun to hit certain Nike retailers online and should be seen at local Nike retailers in store soon if not already.

Recently, we’ve come across some Nike silhouettes prepared for the brand’s upcoming Fall 2010 lineup. Some of those include the Nike ACG Air Moc and Nike Sportswear Air Max 1. And here comes another classic Nike running shoe. The Nike Air Pegasus 89 pictured here comes in an off-white/white upper with slight red, black and blue accents. There is even a speckled sole to add to the allure. If you’re feeling these and can’t wait for them to start popping up at Nike retailers near you, you can pre-order them now from select online stores.

Today, perhaps the most popular Air Jordan 2010 to date releases in the now iconic black/university blue colorway. However, runners need attention also. Pictured here is again the black/university blue colorway but on the Nike Air Pegasus ’89, which made a strong comeback last year. Towards the front of the sole, moreover, there is a hint of off-white that, along with a black patent leather swoosh and suede paneling, adds some more flare to this Nike drop. Already having hit select online Nike retailers, you can get your hands on these today if you’d rather not wait for these to land on the shelves of your favorite, local Nike shop.

When news surfaced in 2009 that the Nike Air Pegasus would be making a return, few of us knew just how strong a return it would be. But nothing gets a sneakerhead’s attention like evidence. That is why when we showed you a pair of the Nike Air Pegasus 89 sporting electric green, the interest of many peaked. Although the new year’s celebration is dying down, now there is reason for some Nike heads to start celebrating once again. Certain Nike retailers have received their Nike Air Pegasus 89 “electric green” cargo. Not surprisingly, one such source is an overseas one- but for those of us who sometimes are simply too antsy, we don’t mind waiting for shipment as long as we know they’re purchased. Finally, Nike has released a detailed look of the Nike Air Pegasus ’89 Berlin edition. The Berlin Nike Air Pegasus ’89 celebrates twenty years of Berlin’s culture. The Pegasus ’89 is the perfect shoe for the occasion, given the collapse of the Berlin Wall twenty years ago. The shoe uses a mixed colorway including black, grey, purple, and white, utilizing suede, leather, mesh, and even a speckled swoosh. “Berlin 89″ is stitched at the back to represent the iconic moment in history, and is also printed on the purple insole. “Berlin” makes its name on the lace plate to finish off this symbolic shoe. The shoe will be released December 4th at select Nike quickstrike retailers, and is limited to a 510 pair release.
