The latest in innovation of the Nike Basketball line has come in the form of the Nike Skyposite. The Nike Skyposite has been made in a player exclusive colorway for Phoenix Suns star Amare Stoudemire. The Skyposite features a black gradient leather upper with a white swoosh to contrast the dark base shoe. The gradient blends purple to match the purple Lunar-lite midsole, which keeps a white outsole underneath. On the opposite end, the inner lining and laces are black, with the tongue bearing the initials of Amare. This unbelievably light shoe will release this December.

Steve Nash’s latest shoe, the Nike Cradle Rock Low, hit select Asian Nike Basketball retailers yesterday in four exclusive colorways. Inspired by Japan, China, Thailand, and the Philippines, the vibrant colorways do wonders to compliment the model’s skate-like appearance. Each version of the shoe features an embossed heel panel and country specific cultural symbol on the tongue tag. Released in extremely limited quantities, you’ll probably have a tough time getting your hands on a pair of any of the sneakers, but at least you can see some detailed images after the jump.

Kevin Garnett and his signature Air Flightposite II sneakers helped bring Nike into the new millennium with a bang. Now, almost ten years later, the model is ready to see a long overdue retrofitting. Previewed in June, we now have some more detailed images of the Black/Black colorway from the model’s two-part 2010 release. Although the shoe no longer bares the Garnett name, the model appears to be otherwise unchanged, the hidden laces and sleek silhouette still creating that undeniably futuristic look. Scheduled to hit retailers on January 16th, the release will certainly be a good start to the new year.
