While still rummaging through colorways for his latest signature Nike, the Kobe 8, we get a first look at the first retro of Kobe’s sneaker career. Nike decided to go ahead an skip over the first model and go with the Nike Kobe 2 with what looks to sport a grey suede, marble-style upper with the strap across the ankle, the oustole, the laces and the inner lining all matching with the mixture of grey’s. The sides of the upper are perforated with the white Nike Swoosh outlined in Gold along with the lacing eyelets, Kobe heel branding and the lace-lock. Word is out that these are expected to make a return as early as next year at select Nike retailers such as Foot Locker
