With Nike showing the Air Trainer 1 plenty of retail love as of late, it was only a matter of time before the sneaker custom world began to use the previously mentioned model as their base. In making good on that last sentence, Alexander-John has taken matters into his own hands to create this exquisite pair of “Armageddon” Nike Air Trainer 1’s. Fully equipped with a hand engraved crocodile pattern about the side panel,these custom kicks also sport a touch of Dragon scales wrapped around the toe box. Upon painting hitting the shoe with two tones of black, one matte and one gloss, Alexander-John burned holes throughout the classic trainers silhouette in order to add the aesthetically pleasing 7mm Black spikes. Throw in a sweet pair of wax laces and you have a custom pair of kicks that is definitely in a league all its own.
