If your into custom sneakers then you more than likely know what kind of work JBF Customs does, although this is a small sample it will show the detail and precision put into making a custom masterpiece. JBF took the Air Jordan III (3) and gave it the “G.O.A.T” treatment and not for Michael Jordan or Jerry Rice but for the greatest boxer ever, Mohammed Ali. With inspiration from such a high energy human, JBF decided to keep the base of the shoe simple and clean. Pearlescent white leather takes on majority of the upper on these customs while the tongue and parts of the toecap are enhanced with white satin. A deep red takes its place on the laces, lacing eyelets, backside of the tongue as well as the heel tab and midsole. Of course when there is a simple custom that usually means there are endless small featured details and a few include the heel tab visual showing Ali standing over Sonny Liston in victory and the boxing gloves with the JBF slogan “Incomparable” on the tongue tab.
