Not only has Yankees ace CC Sabathia rocked Concords on the baseball diamond – he’s donned the “Cool Grey” XI too.

Following our look at his Concord cleats, we now have a look at his Cool Greys too. Sporting metal spikes, nubuck, and grey patent leather, these are nearly identical to the classic Jordans, albeit with CC’s #52 gracing the heel as opposed to the usual “23″.

Worn on Opening Day 0f 2010 against the Boston Red Sox, the pair pictured here recently hit ebay and is up for grabs.

We’ve seen a couple of different Air Jordan XI “Concord” baseball kicks in the past, both of which were made for Yankees ace CC Sabathia – one a metal cleat, the other a turf trainer.

Now we have our first look at a molded “Concord” cleat.  Worn by CC during the 2010 regular season, these kicks, as with the others, sport the usual look with CC’s #52 adorning the heel.

Jordan Brand has always had strong ties to players outside the hardwood, including the latest addition to the Jumpman team, CC Sabathia of the Milwaukee Brewers and Derek Lee of the Chicago Cubs. Very little information has been tied to the Air Jordan Force Fusion V (5) designed for CC and Lee, but CC’s “CC52″ branding can be seen on the straps of the Air Jordan Force Fusion V, while Lee’s number is stitched near the heel.
