Nike Zoom LeBron VI (6) - Black / White / Blue Sample

Amidst the rage about the Nike Air Max LeBron VII, samples of earlier versions of LeBron’s sig shoe always seem to pop up. Today, we have a look at a clean pair of Nike Zoom LeBron VI (6) samples in a black/white/blue colorway. The sample uses a full leather upper, using a black base, with a blue swoosh and white toe to match the tri-stitched midsole. The lion logo is surely placed at the tongue to rep the King, along with other key details of the ZL6. These shoes would be perfect if LeBron were an Orlando Magic or Dallas Maverick, so maybe that’s why these didn’t get a general release. Nevertheless, these are a clean pair of samples that are sure to turn some heads.

Perhaps the Nike Air Max Lebron VII to create the most buzz thus far has been the “Red Carpet pair. However, the black/gold/white pair and the Phantom have each added to the Nike Air Max Lebron VII sneakerworld stir. We now bring you a look at what very well might be another huge player in the Nike Air Max Lebron VII line. Pictured here you’ll see a Lebron VII in a pretty simple white colorway with red accents on the NIke swoosh, outsole, and ankle lining. Moreover, like the Red Carpet pair, these come with no flywire (NFW) design on the mid-panels. Many sneaker fans were and continue to be excited about the Nike Max Lebron VII “Red Carpet” colorway, which we just informed you would be restocked in early December. For those of you who are not only sneakerheads, but also sneakergeeks, a few pictures have surfaced online that might be of interest to you. Pictured here is the original Z-Corp 3D Resin model of the “Red Carpet,” which basically is the final product’s “floorplan,” if you will. It’s a computerized sample of the shoe that aids in the design process by giving designers a glimpse of what the color blocking and scheme might look like before it goes into production. Jason Petrie, the designer of the Red Carpet Lebron VII, forwarded the fact that Lebron had asked for a pair to be designed specifically for the red carpet unveiling of the “More Than a Game” movie. And the rest is history.

When news of the LeBron VII ‘Red Carpet’s limited release dropped last week, a lot of us were left disappointed.  Stocked at but four select locations and released with out any forewarning, very few sneakerheads got a chance to grab a pair of the White/Teal beauties before they sold out. Fortunately for us, a second wave of the model is scheduled to be released early next month. Footlocker and House of Hoops locations are expected to stock more pairs of the popular colorway on December 3rd, but make sure you keep mind of the date, as a wider release might not stop these bad boys from selling out again.

Nike LBJ Ambassador II O.R.A.P. - Denim

Other than LeBron’s signature shoe with Nike, Nike also has other models dedicated to LBJ that are making big impacts in the world. The Nike LBJ Ambassador II comes in an O.R.A.P. edition, which stands for “outdoor rubber Asia Pacific.” The non-signature Nike LeBron sneakers are big in Asia, and these will definitely make Asian LeBron fans spend their currencies, especially since the LBJ Ambassador II comes in a denim design. The midnight navy/white colorway shoe uses a full denim upper with white accents on the midsole, tongue, laces, and contrast stitching. This is a great pickup for any basketball shoe collector, so be sure to cop your own pair for the Holiday 2009 season!
