Earlier this week we brought you a look at the up-and-coming Nike Air Trainer 1 model in an “Oregon Ducks” colorway being used by many of the college’s football stars while training. Now, we have a look at the Nike Zoom Lebron II designed a few years back for the Ducks’ basketball squad. Although that team has had less success than the football one, the white pair was designed to be worn at home games, while the green one was supposed to be worn for away games. How do you guys think this color execution looks on the Nike Zoom Lebron II as compared to the Nike Air Trainer 1? Check out more pix of these two exclusive pairs of the Nike Zoom Lebron II after the jump.

Nike Air Max LeBron VII (7) - NY Yankees

And then there were twenty seven. You all saw or heard that the New York Yankees have won their 27th World Series title. So Nike decided to continue to show love for the team with a special Nike LeBron shoe. It started with the Nike Zoom LeBron V, giving the shoe a white/navy colorway. Now, the Nike Air Max LeBron VII (7) gets the same treatment. The 7’s follow the same design as the white/navy-red pair, except this shoe features a custom toe design on each foot; “27″ on the right foot and “New York” on the left in gold. These babies were produced in a small quantity of 27 pairs for friends and family, including the team itself. Let us know what you think of these bad boys as they will most likely never touch your feet.

Towards the end of July we brought you a look at a sample Nike Zoom Lebron VI in an anthracite colorway that some people might have wished was made into a general release. But Nike is now preparing to drop the newest installment of the Nike Zoom Lebron signature shoe series in a similar black/black colorway inspired by one of the cars the king himself enjoys driving in: the black Rolls-Royce. And despite the completely black colorway, the shoe boasts both leather and suede for some nice detailing. This shoe will start to release at certain Nike retailers such as FootLocker starting Thursday December 17, 2009. How many of you are planning to cop at least one pair of these?

With all the build-up and hype surrounding the seventh edition of Lebron James’ signature sneaker line with Nike, it seemed as though sneak pics of a new colorway were popping up every week this summer. A little over a month ago we brought you a sneak peek of the Nike Zoom Lebron VII in a white/navy-red colorway, which plenty of you agreed was well-executed. We have now received word that come Wednesday November 25, 2009, two places you can count on for having these in stock will be House of Hoops locations stateside as well as FootLocker accounts. For how many of you is this a must-cop, perhaps even moreso than/over any of the Air Jordan XII’s releasing this holiday?

Nike and the Lebron signature series sneaker line are definitely FAR from strangers to the PE game. One particular colorway we often see on Lebron’s shoes is that of the Saint Vincent-Saint Mary high school LBJ used to play for. For example, in the middle of September we brought you a look at the Nike Zoom Lebron III done up in the green/white-gold. Now, the same color palette has been executed on this pair of Nike Zoom LBJ Ambassador II’s. This pair, however, is predominantly white, with green and gold only accenting the shoe. There is no official word of a stateside release, but how many of you are feeling these enough to jump at the first opportunity to cop? How does this pair of SVSM Lebron sneakers compare to others passed?

Initially, Nike had set an October 24th general release date for the Air Max Lebron VII’s. And while they DID receive a momentary release date change, they are now BACK on the October 24th release schedule. That means that this Saturday- for those of you who haven’t already pre-ordered/purchased early- you can be sure to find these at all House of Hoops locations and FootLockers, as well as other participating Nike retailers.

Interestingly enough, there is also word of a release date change to the pair of “Rising Sun” Air Jordan XII’s also set to release this coming Saturday. A rumored release month change to November would be utterly mind-boggling, considering the fact that many stores have already begun to make these available for pre-order and sale. If any more changes do come, we’ll be sure to report them to you as quickly as possible- we know that funds need to be appropriately allocated and that date changes can make that a bit more difficult.
