The Nike x Doernbecher Freestyle campaign continues with the unveiling and arrival of the “10th Anniversary Collection”. For those who may not know, the partnership between Nike and the OHSU Doernbecher Children’s Hospital in Portland, Oregon has been ongoing for 10 years, has raised in excess of $5 million towards hospital initiatives, has enabled beautiful children to create timeless sneaker designed that we’ve grown to love and admire.
To celebrate the 10 year milestone, Nike has created a celebratory collection which will go to auction. Centered around a limited edition Nike Dunk High whose details include 3M accents and electroluminescent lights, this collection also includes a matching t-shirt and hoodie, plus a commemorative wooden box.
The Nike x Doernbecher Freestyle “10th Anniversary Collection” Charity Auction will take place tomorrow, Saturday, September 28, 2013 at 5:30 at the Portland Art Museum with all proceeds going to the hospital.
