Nike Air Raid in Black/White-Flint Grey (More Detailed Pics)
Following up on a story we did about a week ago, today we have more detailed pictures of the Nike Air Raid in Black/White-Flint Grey. Here’s a little history about the retro sneaker (or as the story was told): Phil Knight (co-founder and chairman of Nike) left a note for Mark Parker (who is the third Chief Executive Officer of Nike) asking him to come up with an outdoor basketball shoe. That note then ended up at the desk of Tinker Hatfield and the rest is history. With “For Outdoor Use Only” branded at the heel of the sneaker, the upper and tongue is covered in Black leather with Flint Grey on the upper toe and crisscrossing straps. Finishing off the look is the White midsole.

Let us know what you think, do you plan on picking up the Nike Air Raid in Black/White-Flint Grey next month when they release at select Nike retailers such as FootLockericon or Crooked Tongues?

  1. I would have copped these had Nike kept the original grey color instead of this new Flint Grey

  2. Barkley’s,..lol you can tell who didn’t have control of their endorsement rights. Their name is no longer attached to the shoe,..like Bo Jacksons.
