  1. Nice shoes!! I got'em for USD 80 back in the day and rock'em to dead. I cant wait for the retros to come and hoop again on this ones!!

  2. One of the best players ever! So well-rounded and could do everything…..steal, assist, rebound, score, bust threes …… Scottie was tremendous. Man, did he put the smack down on Indiana's Mark Jackson when they needed him the most. Mark Jackson was having his way throughout that entire series until Scottie put his D on him. That is the MAIN reason Indiana lost to the Bulls then–not Michael. Remember, MJ never won a ring without Scottie.

btw, those are superb hoop shoes.

  3. man…scottie is old man. whew i remember when he play with jordan he has his own Shoes that he wear Jordan XII White/Red. so sick…

so those Pippen shoes is cool. it better Jordan muahahha

  4. What does the Pippen 1 have to do with being a draft pick? At least show the shoes he wore in his rookie year…..

  5. Man I remember i was like 13 when thes came out with the commercial with him and the chettah and they was like $140, I wanted them bad but they was too much. Brings back memories man

  6. All you guys wanna know something cool…the shoes of these that Scottie wore during the season didn’t have the air-sole unit present. Instead, they were filled with the EVA midsole and inside the midsole was a zoom air unit and this was because Scottie Pippen preferred zoom air over the air sole. Little known fact there for all you out there.

  7. These shoes were released as an air max, but pippen was unhappy with them because he said they did not reflect his game. his version had a zoom air sole on them and no air max at all. oddly enough, kukoc loved them more, and ended up wearing them more than pippen. later pippen signature shoes were more stream lined and reflected his style of play.

  8. ^^ I remember Kukoc wearing them. He even wore Mike's black/red XIIs, I believe. I'm not sure of the colorway so don't quote me. I just remember Toni was rocking Js, too.

  9. SCOTTIE PIPPEN IS LUCKIEST MAN ALIVE. HE WINS 4 CHAMPIONSHIPS HANGING ON THE COAT-TAILS OF #23. HOW MANY DID HE WIN WITHOUT MJ? ZERO. TOP 10 DRAFT PICKS OF ALL TIME: YOU'VE GOT TO BE KIDDING.

  10. I'm copping since i've been waiting since 97. Just hope they drop the brown ones for the Wht/Blk classics, those were bomb. but since nike is dropping all these classics, where are the Griffey's??????????

  13. Scottie Pippen is the luckiest man alive. He a field day on the court b/c every team in the league had to double-team or triple-team MJ. Next, you are going to say that Bill Cartwright and Will Purdue were the real Twin Towers.

  15. C'mon. Am i the only one that actually watched the games rather than watching highlights and hearing stories what happened? I saw 1st hand. Pip needed MJ, MJ needed Scottie. MJ also needed Horace Grant, BJ Armstrong, John Paxson, Craig Hodges, Toni Kukoc, Dennis Rodman, Derek Harper, Brian ? (forgot his last name right now) ……. not so much Bill Cartwright, Luc Longley, and Will Purdue. That's one thing, the Bulls never had good centers when they won their rings.

Back to the argument, I do believe Pip was a multiple time All-Star and top 50 of the greatest OF ALL TIME! So, your notion of "riding MJ's coat tails" are moot, at best.

Oh, "Sneakerhead" …. that's laughable. Pip got SIX rings, just like MJ.

Ultimately, Fact is: Air Jordans > Air Pippens
