Air Jordan CP3 II
As Chris Paul emerges as one of the top point guards in the world, Jordan Brand will help build on his success by releasing the Air Jordan CP3 II in 2009. This sneaker seems to be inspired by the Air Jordan 23 (XXIII); most noticeably, the CP3 II borrows a stitching pattern on the side that is reminiscent of the Air Jordan 23. Built for one of the flashiest point guards in the NBA, this pair provides padded ankle support while keeping the cut low enough to allow for fluid motion on the basketball court. Paying tribute to Chris Paul’s New Orleans Hornets, the sneakers shown above also flaunts a New Orleans inspired graphic starting from right above the heel leading to the top the ankle support. The energy stitching and gold accents throughout this pair also correlate with the Hornets team colors. The CP3 II will be available for all of Chris Paul’s loyal fans on March 3, 2009 for $122. Check out the other colorway set to debut alongside this pair after the jump.

  1. This is probably the best shoe Jordan Brand has done for somebody other than Jordan. If C.P. wears them more than signature Jordans that will tell the story. Hot shoe!

  2. I can't wait to get my hands on the black and energy version I have to agree with 13 ways this may be one of the nicest shoes besides jordan himself I'm still upset with myself for not getting last years cp but this will be a great way to make up for it

  3. This CP3 better than last years. Can't wait to get the white gold an blue ones preveiwed on SF a week or two ago. CP is the future for the league and Jordan brand. Best Jordan since Jordan.

  4. Is there purple in the Hornets uniform? Either way these are some pretty nice shoes. If they're as light and comfortable as his first shoe then this should be a buy for me.

  5. Im feeling these, it a resemblence of my favorite baller chris paul. I wanna get the black/white/light sky blue ones. Moving on from hyperdunks, which took basketball shoes to the next level. But these chris pauls look way more high quality as all jordan shoes are..

  6. I just bought the Black / White Orion / Blue colorway and they are tight. Best Jordans beside the 23's
