Before the turn of the decade, we caught a glimpse of a black patent leather Air Jordan Classic 91 that didn’t excite too many of our readers. Perhaps this new colorway will help raise this team Jordan silhouette’s popularity- if the fact that it was engineered to honor the year in which Michael Jordan won his first NBA championship ring isn’t enough reason. Pictured here is a white/black pair of the Air Jordan Classic 91, which also boasts suede material along parts of the upper decked in black. While the midsole comes in white, the outsole finishes off the pattern in black. This colorway has hit select overseas retailers, so don’t be surprised if you start seeing these pop up at your local Jordan Brand stores soon as well.
