Week 4 of the Nike+ Basketball Dunk Showcase hosted by Paul George is the Self Alley-Oop Dunk Challenge. Use the backboard, the ground or the objects around you to give yourself an alley-oop. The dunk that starts with the best bounce, and ends with the strongest finish, will earn a place in the finals.
