adidas was kind enough to send us a media package showcasing the new adidas Rose 3 Home colorway. Today we break down the shoes plus give you a look at Derrick Rose’s signature collection.

Both Derrick Rose and adidas knows for some, spending $160 on a pair of kicks is a lot of dough. So the two wanted to make sure the Rose 3 looked good on court or wearing them with a pair of jeans or to just hang out with friends.

Breaking down the adidas Rose 3.0, which features a synthetic “aluminum” perforated upper. You can see red through the perforation, which is actually SPRINTWEB.

Around the collar adidas used molded memory foam, which is flexible and can be worn with a brace of ankle wraps.

Compression molded EVA midsole in black has been placed along with flex grooves on the sole using non-marking rubber.

You probably know that the adidas Rose 3 features Derrick Rose’s new logo, which is a Rose and the letter D. What you may not know is, the three pedals represent his brothers while the 1 apart of the D pays tribute to his mother.

On the back of the tongue is a homage to Chicago with more Roses and the cross streets where the star grew up.

The Home adidas Rose 3 released on October 4th 2012 and retails for $160. Let us know if you have picked them up or better yet played in them.
