While adidas‘ aZX project was a smash hit, the sneaker brand looks to further their success with a collection of ZX models with the same quality minus the high-profile names. One of the few ZX styles previewed is this ZX 9000 featuring yellow, silver, light blue and violet. The ZX 9000 stays true to its roots by retaining a flamboyant colorway along with Torsion technology. The sneakers also come equipped with silver and white mesh and nylon. The ZX 9000 is scheduled to release early next year, but Overkill has them in stock now.

Nike isn’t the only brand expected to have a big year, adidas is expected to have an exciting line-up for 2009 which includes the ZX 7000, ZX 8000 and ZX 9000 seen in this post. This ZX 7000 looks like it could have been released in the aZX Project and features a combination of grey, blue and red while the ZX 8000 uses a more peculiar color scheme with green, blue and brown. Concluding the 2009 models is the ZX 9000 which sports yellow, purple and turquoise. All three are now available for pre-order now at wellgosh.

For those not interested in Nike’s 2009 line-up, here’s a look at the adidas ZX 9000 releasing next February. This 9000 is made up of several colors including neon yellow, light blue, grey, white, purple and black. This color scheme comes as a surprise as adidas ZX project showcased simplified styles, the same can not be said about this 9000 that may be a little overwhelming for some. However, if you are interested in this ZX 9000, end is now taking pre-orders and will ship out in February.

Just a few days ago we previewed adidas’ Torsion 2009 collection, displaying a wide array of classic styles reinvented. However, we get a look at two recently releases Torsion models, the ZX 7000 and ZX 9000.

The ZX 7000 comes in a combination of black, dark onyx and lead while the ZX 9000 is the contrasting model which features a white, neo white and lead. Both styles sport a square pattern from the back side panel to the toe of the shoe. The ZX 7000 and ZX 9000 are now available at The Good Will Out.

Yet another sneaker from the adidas AZX Collection has popped up on the message boards. The most recent model includes Crooked Tongues, a popular site that has an extensive inventory in their online store.

Utilizing a simple color-way of grey, black, and yellow, colors are placed and used in the right way as well as the materials, definitely on point.
