News of the Nike Zoom Lebron VI (6) Los Angeles Edition has been made available disclosing the specific date as to when the sneakers will be made available. The L.A model will be releasing on Monday, January 19th in limited quantities at the House of Hoops in Los Angeles as well as select Footlockers found below. However, what is unknown is whether or not the sneakers will feature the controversial multicolored logo with a silhouette of Lebron James at the heel. An image of the Zoom Lebron VI appeared not too long not bearing the icon, whatever the case may be stay posted for additional news regarding the sneakers. The saga of the Nike Zoom Lebron VI (6) continues and we are now getting a first look at a Fairfax exclusive colorway of the ZLVI. California high school, Fairfax is among two other high schools sponsored by Nike Lebron which would explain all of their Player Exclusive (PE) models including this pair. The Zoom Lebron VI is outfitted in the teams colors of black, red and yellow. Black is seen as the main color with red and yellow surrounding it as seen on the jersey of the Fairfax players. Unfortunately, the Fairfax HS Zoom Lebron VI isn’t expected to hit store shelves anytime soon, but there’s always hope. Via Nike Lebron.

Lebron James had a quiet night on the stat sheet for his standards, but did manage a win as hosts to the Charlotte Bobcats on Wednesday while debuting their second Hardwood Classics jersey of the season. In addition, Lebron also laced up in a new pair of the Nike Zoom Lebron VI (6) to match their throwback jersey which was originally dubbed Superman for its white, red, blue and yellow color scheme. However, you may recall Lebron sporting another Hardwood Classics Zoom Lebron VI last year and looked more close to their current jerseys. Taking a trip down memory lane, this Nike Zoom Lebron VI (6) gets its inspiration from Lebron James’ childhood and has been modeled after the Christmas holiday that passed a few days ago. The sneakers are composed of white and black with highlights of varsity royal and orange blazer. Furthermore, on the inside of the sneaker is a Christmas tree at the back of the ankle. Lastly, a childhood picture of Lebron playing on a miniature basketball hoop is placed on the insole. The Los Angeles edition of the Nike Zoom Lebron VI (6) debuted yesterday and today new information of the sneaker has been reported. A picture of the Los Angeles model has appeared at Leaders1354 with the boutique claiming that their pair doesn’t feature the controversial multi-colored logo at the heel. The logo quite possibly could have been digitally  produced to make it look like the logo correlates to the sneaker. Furthermore, this Lebron VI is from the personal stash of Leaders1354 and there is no word if it will be released anytime soon.

Pictured above is the Los Angeles edition of the Nike Zoom Lebron VI (6). Earlier in the month the Miami Lebron VI was previewed sporting a bold look. However, the LA version tones things done with a subtle composition of grey upper along with red accents. Furthermore, a multicolored logo on the heel is found along with a white silhouette of James dunking. Lastly, this Lebron VI sports a midsole  featuring a graffiti design as seen earlier in the month on a different VI. Nike’s Zoom Lebron VI (6) is already off to an amazing start with a promising future evident by future releases including this version.  Not scheduled to release till February 21st, 2009, this Zoom Lebron VI stands out amongst the rest of the collection. This is achieved by consisting of unique components including a blue mid-sole with a graffiti designs that includes words like Lebron, Akron, Witness, Ohio, Chosen One, Winning, Fearless, Gloria, Shine, Bryce, etc. The rest of the sneaker is kept conventional with a black upper with a blue stroke around the white swoosh.
