Earlier this week, we previewed a photo that New Orleans point guard Chris Paul took of a row of all-white Air Jordan shoes while on the Nike campus in Beaverton. The lineup was created to celebrate Michael Jordan’s 25th Anniversary with the Swoosh. This white/white Air Jordan XI (11) was in the photograph, and it’s safe to say that with its white patent leather toe, translucent outsole, and white mesh upper, it made quite the appearance! What you cop the shoe? There are no release details surrounding the Air Jordan XI (11) “25th Anniversary”, but we’ll keep you updated if anything pertinent surfaces!

We recently viewed Ray Allen’s own PE Air Jordan Element, and now we have a look at Joe Johnson’s. The shoes feature an all white upper, toebox, and a red trim placement that’s very reminiscent of the Air Jordan XI (11). The Air Jordan Element is a very clean model from Jordan Brand, and they can’t go wrong by having two of their biggest stars promoting the model. You can only expect more PE colorways to pop up as the 2009 NBA Playoffs move further.

This weekend was the start of the 2009 NBA Playoffs, and many of you tuned in. Now whether it was for the action, or to see what sneakers your favorite player might have been wearing – that’s a different story. Boston Celtics star Ray Allen debuted his own PE colorway of the Air Jordan Element, a shoe that at first appeared to be another colorway of the Air Jordan XI (11). The Air Jordan Element is definitely clean, and seems to be taking over the feet of other star players such as Joe Johnson.

Though the Nike Air Huarache Light Burst is not an extremely popular model, these two colorways might change your opinion on the Nike Running sneaker. It is rumored that the two pairs are inspired by the “Bred” and “Cool Grey” Air Jordan XI (11) colorways. The first pair features a tonal grey upper, a semi-transclucent grey outsole, and white accents seen on the midsole, swoosh, and laces. The second pair yields a mesh and patent leather black base accented by a red outsole and a clean white midsole. Unfortunate perhaps, but a plethora of Jordan Brand products have shorter shelf lives than Lil’ Bow Wow. Everywhere you look, signature models are cracking and degrading at alarming rates–even MJ himself can’t escape the ol’ “yellow” funk on his Columbia XI (11) Mids that were recently acquired and posted digitally by Alaska shoe buff Phase2. (His momma calls him Jermaine.) The model has been creased, laced, and rocked by the King (Chill, LeBron) making it the dopest player sample product I’ve seen in a New York Minute. Who cares about the discolored soles, anyways? (I hear they build character.)  The model was produced to fit Jordan’s size 13.5 skis and was manufactured in Taiwan.  Only one question remains–how many underfed Taiwanese children were terrorized and bruatlized during the sneaker’s production process to ensure that Mike himself was terrorizing opponents on-court?

Presumably the more popular Countdown Pack, the ninth edition of the series will yield one of the most sought after Air Jordan XI’s (11), dubbed “Bred” for its combination of black, true red and white. As usual, the Air Jordan XI from the upcoming Countdown Pack has found its way on to the bay, however it is a youth size, but still shows that others may follow.
