Jordan Brand has essentially released a low-top version of every single Air Jordan numbered sneaker up to now with the exception of a few including the Air Jordan VII (7). We are now seeing evidence that Jordan Brand did come up with the design of a low top AJ7, but then scrapped the idea. Shown above, an unreleased sample Air Jordan 7 Low features an upper extremely reminiscent of the mid cut AJ7. Yielding a white leather base with citrus accents and a clear sole, this pair is definitely a ‘love it or hate it’ type of sneaker. Spring 2009 will yield many interesting releases for all types of sneaker aficionados. Nike will be doing their fair share in ‘09 to give the consumer what they want ranging from the Nike Air Max series all the way to the Nike Basketball line. The Nike Air Max 1 shown above is set to release in the early months of spring 2009 and it sports a very simple, yet clean look. Utilizing a simple white and black colorway is always the safe approach to designing a color scheme and in many cases ends up looking much better than its multicolored counterparts. Nike has released countless colorways of the Nike Air Flight 89 over the years and most have sold extremely well, but others have fallen under the radar and have gone unnoticed by many sneakerheads. This pair has not been given much attention to as of late due to the simplistic colorway of white and black. We’re not really sure what to make of this Nike SB Zoom Classic, but this surprsing model looks to be very clean and simple, something Nike has really aimed for as of late. This Classic SB is made up of a black upper complimented by a white swoosh, mid-sole, tongue accents, and heel logo. Pretty much a subtle release, but maybe too subtle for most Nike SB enthuisasts.
