The West just got another team player as Nike releases another shoe as part of the Rivalry Pack. With the creativity of UNDFTD’s Eddie Cruz, the Nike Dunk High Premium can’t go wrong, as it takes influence from the USC Trojans, in this team red/voltage yellow-white colorway. The Dunk High Premium once again uses the snakeskin design, but in team red with metallic gold on the swoosh. All the key characteristics of a Rivalry Pack shoe comes standard, like the representative tongue tag and printed character on the insole. This shoe is available now as a December 2009 release at select Nike retailers such as Sneaker Bistro, but you can get it on eBay as well.

The Nike East vs. West Rivalry Pack is taking over, with releases from either side popping up left and right. This time, the Nike Air Max 1 represents the West, in a clean navy blue/black/white colorway. The upper consists of blue suede and black mesh, along with a white inner lining to match the white midsole, which sits atop  a black outsole. The light blue lace eyelet matches the light blue insole, which features a beaver graphic print, alluding to the Nike Headquarters in Beaverton, Oregon. This is a sweet release and is available now at select Nike retailers.

We have seen a plethora of player exclusive colorways of the Nike Hypermax including pairs made for Jermaine O’Neal, Carlos Boozer, and Pau Gasol, and now we have our first look at David West’s Nike Hypermax Player Exclusive (PE). This pair features a black upper accented by a purple midsole, teal flywire, purple inner lining, a teal swoosh, and teal laces. The toebox on this pair is decked out in black patent leather while black suede is seen on the heel. Another key feature of this sneaker is David West’s logo on the rear which reads”DWEST.” The Nike Hypermax – David West Player Exclusive (PE) should be available at your local Nike retailers in the coming weeks.

Though the new Nike Zoom Kobe IV has gained much attention over the past few months, many basketball players still prefer its high top counterpart, the Nike Hyperdunk. With the NBA All Star 2009 Game just around the corner, Nike Basketball has created two colorways of the Hyperdunk—one for the Eastern conference All-Stars and one for the Western conference All-Stars. Each pair directly correlates with the team’s jerseys. The “West” Nike Hyperdunk features a red upper while its Eastern counterpart yields a gradient blue upper. Both pairs come equipped with a white midsole, a white swoosh, and white laces. There is no word if these will be made available to the public or not, but be sure to stay tuned for updates. We have seen many All-Star game sneakers over the course of the past few days including the Nike Zoom Lebron VI (6) – All Star Game 2009 and the Nike Huarache ‘09 – All-Star Game – East. We are now seeing the western conference counterpart of the latter of the two aforementioned sneakers. This Nike Huarache ’09 is made for the western conference NBA All-Stars and thus contains a colorway which goes well with their jerseys. Featuring a red upper with white accents, this pair yields a clean and simple colorway. With the word, “West”, on the ankle support and “09″ on the tongue, Nike makes the inspiration behind this pair quite obvious. We have seen a couple previews of the products of the latest collaboration between Kanye West and Louis Vuitton, but none of them were set to release for the ladies. Now, we have some new pictures of a new pair of sneakers which are designed exclusively for the female sneaker aficionadoes. Kanye West claims that he “couldn’t do a collection without including the ladies” and is living up to his word by designing this pair. Featuring a design extremely similar to the Kanye West For Louis Vuitton sneaker featured earlier this week, this pair includes a suede upper which sits on top of a thick rubber midsole.
