Most sneakerheads own a pair of slip-on sneakers that are used on a casual basis due to their comfort and flexibility. Now that the winter season is here, most of us will put those slip-on’s to the side and end up sacrificing comfort in order to keep our feet dry and warm. Nike has decided to let us rock those slip-ons and keep our feet dry by releasing this pair of Air Zoom Verona that has been waterproofed. Through this waterproof treatment, the sneaker is essentially impenetrable by any liquids such as the water in rain. This pair features a basic gray upper accented by a brown midsole stripe and the elastics needed to enhance comfort. To top it all off, a subtle Nike Swoosh can also be seen right above the brown elastic. These are now available at Babekub City and should be hitting your local Nike SB retailers next month.

Occasionally, Nike recycles their “Waterproof” Nike Air Force 1 concept, this year we see the Air Force 1 Waterproof in a low-top consisting of shades of brown. While the upper features a waterproof material, the rest of the sneaker is composed of olive khaki, white, gum, and light brown. Adding a little bit of contrast, a white swoosh has been placed to add a little bit of depth. Now available at select Nike retailers and Sneakerhead.
