We recently saw a Vans Slip-On decked out in tan sherpa to help protect against the frigid weather without compromising comfort too much. For later this Spring 2012 sneaker season, however, the Vans Slip-On returns aside the Authentic Premium LX in a leather pack. Several monotone uppers have been designed for both silhouettes, so take a look at some of them here in order to decide whether they might be worth your attention and funds.

To commemorate the Co-Founder of Vans, the Vans Van Doren Collection is set to drop this 4th quarter as part of their Fall/Winter Collection. High Snobiety was lucky enough to catch a glimpse of the collection at the Agenda Trade Show in the LBC, which features the Sk8 Hi, Era and the Slip-On. Each pair is inspired by vintage patterns and prints that’s unique to each sneaker.

Be sure to look out for these later this year as they drop at various Vans accounts world wide.

Earlier this week we got a look at two premio leather colorways of the Vans Slip-On. Today, we see something a little more playful from said brand. Pictured here is a Winnie the Pooh x Vans Slip-On, with a navy base full of small Winnie the Pooh characters in different positions and with different expressions. If you’re a fan of the cartoon or think it’d be a great gift for someone you know, then you might like to know that these are expected to drop at some point between now and the end of September.

Fresh off of taking a look at the collaboration between 4Q and the Vans team on the “Max Schaaf” Sk8 mid, we take a look at something the Vans Vault team has cooked up for the Fall 2011 sneaker season. We would like to show you the Vans Vault Premio Leather pack, which consists of both black and brown leather colorways of both the Slip-On and Sk8 high models. You can find these at participating Vans Vault carriers come next month.

If you want to celebrate the Fourth of July, but not a fan of the red, white and blue mix, Vans has released the Era and Slip-On “Stars & Stripes” black edition. Black upper with a lighter shade of black stars and white vulcanized midsole make up the Vans Stars & Stripes pack. You can grab both pairs now at DQM for $45.

Last month, we got a look at some very special edition pairs of Vans Slip-Ons with uppers that match a number of silk Hermès ties. Vans is also getting ready for Summer by preparing for Fourth of July weekend with another set of Slip-Ons. The Vans Slip-On Star Pack comes in a navy upper with white stars, a red stripe and white soles. There is also an alternative colorway that comes in a black upper and grey stars throughout. These are expected to drop at some point in late June/early July… hopefully before April 4th.

The last we heard of the Vans Slip-On design, it was being offered in a Woven Check Pack. Today, we bring word of its use in a custom project. Pictured here are six pairs of the Vans Slip-On styled by Robert Verdi with designs from five different silk Hermès ties. These could work very well for the different colored outfits one might want to be seen in during the Summer season, while wearing something “fancy,” yet simple, on your feet.
