Rolling out to retailers this spring is a new suede Sk8-Hi trio.

Featuring a black canvas midfoot panel and foxing stripe alongside hits of white on the vulcanized sole, laces and branding, all three pair utilize premium suede on the toe box, tongue and heel panel.

Available in butterscotch, brown and navy, look for all three pairs soon at your local Vans account.

To commemorate the Co-Founder of Vans, the Vans Van Doren Collection is set to drop this 4th quarter as part of their Fall/Winter Collection. High Snobiety was lucky enough to catch a glimpse of the collection at the Agenda Trade Show in the LBC, which features the Sk8 Hi, Era and the Slip-On. Each pair is inspired by vintage patterns and prints that’s unique to each sneaker.

Be sure to look out for these later this year as they drop at various Vans accounts world wide.

Dropping this weekend is the most recent collaboration between the Vans Syndicate line and Japanese brand WTAPS.

The “Bones” Pack features the Era, Chukka, and SK8-Hi, each done up in premium burgundy suede and canvas with an all-over crossbones print.  The shoes also sport WTAPS and Vans branding on the tongues and sit atop white vulcanized midsoles.

This Vans x WTAPS collab is set to drop this Saturday, December 10, at select Vans Syndicate accounts like Berkeley’s own 510 Skateboarding.

Almost two weeks ago we unveiled a Tech Pack that uses the Vans Sk8 hi design in all-black and olive green. We may not have had the whole story in line, though. That collection is also going to include the brown colorway pictured here with black and white accents throughout. Could you this option maybe change the way you looked at this release?

Vans has already prepared a couple of water resistant Switchback colorways from the CA line for those rainy days. Now we take a look at some heavy duty Vans Sk8 hi colorways that make up a Tech Pack for you skateboarders out there who don’t want the frigid weather to get in the way of riding. One colorway comes in black and olive with white soles; while a second is decked in all black. Both are available now as part of the brand’s Holiday 2011 collection.

mastermind JAPAN has been busy with collaborations as of late, having recently teamed up with Converse on a Jack Purcell mid. Well, the Japanese brand is back at it- teaming up with the Vans team, which has resulted in a Sk8 hi. The resulting colorway is a straightforward black/white; however, a skull & bones image on the toe cap, black/white checkered pattern along the inside, and heel zipper add much by way of accents. These are available for purchase now from participating retailers.

After dropping the Sk8-Hi Flies collab with Supreme, the classic skate company is releasing another special Sk8-Hi pack for Holiday 2011.

Created for pro rider Christian Hosoi, the pack features the Sk8-Hi in navy suede and black nubuck/canvas colorways.  The kicks retain their classic look while incorporating the Vans Impactsorb technology in the heel for better cushioning while skating.

Look out for the Vans Sk8-Hi Hosoi Pack in the coming months.
