The Nike Vandal originally released around 1984, and the idea of having straps on a sneaker have become more and more popular since then. This Vandal High LE hosts a black upper accented by elephant print on the rear, as well as white accents seen on the mid-sole and strap. To contrast the overall simple colorway, Nike has incorporated various materials, including mesh, leather, and textured leather, into this pair. The Black/White Nike Vandal High LE is now available for pre-order on the ‘Bay, and will be hitting Nike retailers next month.

The Nike Women’s Vandal High “Triad Straps” is exclusively for those with petite feet. The Vandal features a smooth, textile upper with seamless stitching. The highlight of the shoe, though, are the three interchangeable straps that accompany it–ladies can switch in purple, red, or blue to match their outfit for the day. Nike has honored New York City numerous times in the past, including the “NYC Taxi” Nike Zoom LeBron VI (6), and we now have a look at a Vandal Low inspired by the infamous taxi cabs of New York. This pair features a simple color scheme composed of a white leather upper accented by a yellow swoosh, black outsole, yellow laces, black inner lining, and black/white checkered piping. A couple other key aspects of this sneaker include a fare guide on the insole and the statue of liberty with an “On/Off Duty” sign on the tongue. Many customizers use spray paint to give their sneakers a unique look, and now Nike has even gone to the extent of releasing an entire pack of sneakers which draw inspiration from spray paint. This Nike Womens Spray Paint Pack cosnsists of four pairs of sneakers: the Nike Vandal Low, two pairs of the Nike Court Force, and one pair of the Nike Air Digs. The Vandal Low comes in a blue/white colorway while the Air Digs is featured in a green/grey/white colorway. The Court Force is set to release in both a white/yellow style and a blue/white style. This Nike Womens Vandal High comes in a very subtle, yet classy colorway.
