The Nike Hyperdunk got a nice Think Pink makeover, so it only made sense that the next popular Nike Basketball model would get a cute makeover as well. The Nike Hyperize GS comes in a pink/white colorway to represent the “Think Pink” line, which raises breast cancer awareness. The Hyperize utilizes pink patent at the toe, along with a white swoosh against a pink flywire panel. The Think Pink logo is placed at the tongue tag and insole, to make this a clean two-toned shoe. WNBA superstar and women’s basketball legend Lisa Leslie pays homage to the “Think Pink” campaign with this unique version of the Nike Bluechip II (2). “Think Pink” brings breast cancer awareness to others in hopes of offering support to sufferers and raising money to find possible cures. The ‘Chip is toned in varsity purple/yellow/white to match up with Leslie’s LA Sparks uniform. White stitching around the collar provides a nice level of added support. Pink accents can be found around the shoe’s ankle, stitched into the Swoosh emblem, and on the Air Max unit embedded in the heel. The Nike Bluechip II (2) “Think Pink” for Lisa Leslie will likely remain exclusive to Lisa.

We last saw Nike doing something for the Think Pink line on the Nike Zoom Kobe IV. This time, Think Pink has taken over the Nike Zoom Soldier III. One of LeBron’s signature Nike’s comes in a white/white-pink-metallic silver colorway, with the Kay Yow’s WBCA Cancer Fund logo on the front strap. The ZS3 was worn by players of the WNBA team Atlanta Dream in their game against the Seattle Storm in the Phillips Arena on August 15th. Nike will be debuting the Think Pink collection which includes the Hyperdunk and Blue Chip. Nike has partnered with NC State Women’s Basketball Coach Kay Yow who will be missing the rest of the season to fight an ongoing battle with Breast Cancer.
