With the latest retro of the Nike Air Trainer SC out now, Nike has even more planned for Bo Jackson’s signature shoe. The Nike Air Trainer Low SC is featured in a brown colorway. But, there’s something special about this particular shoe. These use a special leather material known as “greasy,” which is similar to the material on baseball gloves. The leather shows signs of wear after continuous use of the shoes, which gives the shoe a unique look for each person rocking these. Also, these use Flywire on the upper, along with laser etching at the ankle, which reads “Bo Knows 1989.” You should see these for Summer 2010.

A teaser of Vans‘ Summer 2010 collection has hit the web, sampling a handful of new colorways for an assortment of classic sneakers. Some of the more interesting models featured in the collection include a Black leather Vans Authentic, Checkerboard/Tweed Vans Sk8-Hi, heavy piping Black/White Vans Half Cab, and Vans 106 Vulcanized with D-Ring lacestays. It seems as if the branches of Nike are all borrowing ideas from each other. For example, Nike SB has made a hybrid of sorts following in the footsteps of Jordan Brand and their .5 models such as the Air Jordan 16.5. The result is the Nike SB Zoom Paul Rodriguez 2.5, which is obviously a mix between the Nike SB Zoom P-Rod II and III. This particular 2.5 features a deep burgundy/university blue colorway, using a deep burgundy suede upper with deep burgundy leather on the swoosh and ankle panel. University blue is placed on the stitching and inner lining to accent the dark color. A nice clean white midsole gives the shoe a complete skate feel. Give us your thoughts on this 2.5 before it comes out Summer 2010.

Here we have a sneak peek of what’s in store next summer for Nike SB. The Nike Dunk Hi Pro SB will come in a black/grand purple colorway. The upper consists of a perforated grand purple leather upper, with black panels and swoosh to contrast the purple. The black and purple are offset by a white midsole, which sits between the upper and black outsole. White laces give a nice ring to the shoe, which should be a great release next summer.

On top of the handful of  Blazer High Velcro colorways scheduled to release next year, Nike will also be unleashing a trio of solid summertime Blazer High models. Featuring two clean colorways of Navy/Red/White and White/Red, the collection is capped off with a rather unusual Metallic/Textile model. Although the geometric print and strange splitting of the upper is a bit unorthodox for a shoe with such ‘classic’ appeal, the flashy two-tone sneaker is sure to turn heads. Look for all three Blazer High colorways — along with their Velcro counterparts — to hit Nike retailers in the Summer of 2010.

Nike’s timeless Blazer model will continue to see syndication, as a round of Velcro-ridden models are set to release next year. Following the example of the red Nike Sportswear Blazer AC High we saw last week, the sneaker utilizes five Velcro straps instead of a typical lace-up system. Featuring colorways in two shades of blue, and black, the three sneakers share similar white midsoles and color accented outsoles. Velcro fanatics and lazy sneakerheads alike can look forward to the three colorways hitting Nike retailers in time for Summer 2010.

After hearing the news about a  L.A. colorway of the Nike Auto Flight set to release in September, we weren’t expecting to see much more of the model anytime soon. But as it so happens, the folks over at Nike weren’t quite done with the shoe yet — or so the leaked pictures of three upcoming Summer 2010 colorways suggest. The high-top sneaker will see releases in Grey/Green, Navy/Carolina Blue, Powder Blue/Gum, with the uppers of all four sneakers set atop White midsoles and accent color outsoles.
