The Nike Sportswear Summer 2009 Collection offers three new refreshing colorways of the Nike Cortez Nylon Classic. Specifically, orange, blue and salmon pairs will hit retailers this June. All three reissued runners feature a combination nylon/suede upper with a white Swoosh, midsole, and shoestrings. The Nike Classic Cortez Nylon will drop at Nike Sportswear spots in the Summer of 2009.

Earlier on, we saw a glimpse of the DC Shoes Volcano DSTX from the shoe company’s Summer 2009 Life Collection. This time around, we have a line-up of shoes as part of the collection. The Life Collection consists of the Volcano DSTX and DS, as well as the Xander in two colorways, and the Dress Sneaker TX. The Volcano DS and Dress Sneaker TX both come in navy colorways, using canvas uppers and navy midsoles. The Xander’s come in metal silver/black and taupe/stone, both with white midsoles. The Hundreds debuted their Valenzuela sneaker from their Footware Collection last month and look to offer more choices along with the Johnson Mid and Low. For the Summer 2009 line, the Hundreds implement canvas construction as well as two toned color schemes.  The sneakers are branded with the brands signature logo on the tongue and heel and also sport the Jags print on the sole. All three models will be available starting this Thursday, April 23rd at the Hundreds Los Angles and San Francisco.

So-Cal retailer BLENDS has teamed up with DC as apart of their Summer 2009 Life Collection. BLENDS joins a list of collaborators that includes UNKL, Sneaker Bistro, Subaru and others. The two yield the Admiral created with Japanese inspiration drawn from the the two owners, Mike Toe and Tak Kato who have designed the interior graphics. As for the exterior of the sneakers, it sports a sleek all white upper with perforated leather. The Blends x DC LIFE Admiral is now available at Blends Costa Mesa, San Diego and Los Angeles.
