The Superstar has been featured in a few styles and now gets treated in grey suede with white and black stripes complimenting the solid upper. Teaming up once again, artist BJ Betts is being called up on to design some of the adidas Skateboarding Spring/Summer 2009 line-up. A Chinese motif is carried throughout the sneaker including on the tongue and heel. Mid-top and low-top models will be available for the S/S collection, offering a little bit of everything. Divided into two floors, the top consists of accessories, toys, gadgets and specialty shoes from the likes of Nike, adidas and many others. One of adidas‘ more simpler models, the Doley gets a skateboarding makeover in the form of their skateboarding line and signature skater, Mark Gonzales. The Doley will be available in the form of laced and slip-on versions and Gonzales’ artwork has been incorporated into both styles.
