Including colorways in Black, Cherise, and Dragonfly, the pack features velvety smooth nubuck uppers, white midsoles, and contrast stitching, lining, and laces. California skate troupe Vans is set to release a new version of the Sk8-Hi LX. The classic hightop is draped in black/white/blue color scheme and features a combination leather/patent leather upper. A multicolored “sprinkle” pattern marks up the black accents and the stripe emblem. Under the hood, the Sk8-Hi LX incorporates a white/black-tipped vulcanized midsole for improved durability. Vans Vault has incorporated premium materials on numerous occasions extending their collection with the Goatskin pack. Included is the Era LX and Sk8-Hi LX made up of a combination of goatskin and patent leather. The Era LX sports patent leather on the toe and heel and goatskin on the rest of the sneakers. The Sk8-Hi LX takes on a different design invertering the composition of the Era LX with a goatskin base and patent leather stripe. With several Vans Spring 2009 models featuring a collaboration with popular Metal groups, here’s a look at a few different styles from Vans. For the new year, Vans has equipped the Sk8-Hi LX and Era LX with environment friendly materials. These two models will be available in two subtle colorways, red/white/blue and brown/white/red. In addition to the Eco Pack, another SK8-HI will be hitting retailers this Spring and consists of hawaiian ocean and neon pink with an all over print on the upper. Now available at Mischief.

Carrying the crocodile look to the Holiday season, the latest Sk8-Hi’s are available using this subtle design as well as black and white uppers. The Sk8-Hi’s feature solid bases as well as darker color complimented on the front of the sneaker, lacing area and to the logo stripe. The two illustrate the timeless silhouette of the Sk8-Hi fused with a sleek and elegant look of the croc leather. Both are now available at ripe.
