With the last preview of the Nike Air Trainer SC set for Holiday 2009, Nike has also released another colorway for the iconic model. The Nike Air Trainer SC Retro comes in a black/green-white colorway. The shoe uses an all black leather upper, contrasted by green on the swoosh, tongue, and air unit. The black upper is separated from the black outsole by a white midsole, which adds a nice piece of flare to the shoe. The Nike Air Trainer SC Retro is set to release early 2010.

Jersey’s all set for Summer 2010 with the latest leak from NJ Skateshop’s collabo with Nike SB. The NJ Skateshop x Nike SB Dunk High NJ/USA Sample has been leaked by the shop themselves. The Dunk High looks as if it uses different fabric materials on the upper, including a red/white stripe pattern at the back ankle to contrast the dark colors of the upper. A red swoosh makes this dark shoe stand out, along with its white midsole, which sits atop a black outsole. The NJ logo is placed at the side heel to rep who’s up on this shoe. This is set for an Independence Day 2010 release; what a patriotic way to celebrate come summer 2010.

The Nike Court Force High Basic comes in white/blue/yellow, black/pink/silver, and navy/purple/grey. After hearing about the Vans Re-Issue of the Ray Barbee Vans Old Skool ‘92, we were a little excited. What makes us go crazy is the fact that Vans has released a whole Ray Barbee Re-Issue collection to celebrate 20 years of the man’s professional skate career. The Re-Issue collection consists of the aforementioned Old Skool ‘92 LX in white and black colorways, a Vans Era ‘87 in green, and a Vans Chukka ‘95 in brown. All four skate shoes are released like it’s not even 2009, with the original materials, packaging, and everything else to every last detail. After the return of the Onitsuka Tiger Lawnship, the Asics sub-brand has another retro in-store for the upcoming year. The Onitsuka Tiger Lay-Up will make a comeback, after its introduction in 1972, in three bright colorways. The Lay-Up is a hightop shoe that follows the same silhouette of the Converse Chuck Taylor. “Tiger” is printed vertically at the heel to go along with the logo tongue tag. The orange, blue, and red nylon uppers are combined with white midsoles and toes to make these classic comebacks. Be sure to find these at your local Tiger retailer come February 2010.
