Air Jordan XI (11) Low FTSS Sample - White / Columbia Blue

I already know what you’re thinking. These Air Jordan XI (11) Samples look just like the retro releases from 2001. That’s where you’re wrong. The colorway may be exactly the same, but there’s one huge difference…on these samples, there’s a translucent Jordan logo on the tongue. The retros have a plain tongue, and the samples look so much better because of the logo. Any collector would be happy to have these, especially in this pristine condition (peep the icy soles).

Air Jordan I (1) Low Sample - Tuxedo

Jordan Brand dropped the Air Jordan I (1) Phat Low Prom Pack just in time for the big dance, but if all that patent leather wasn’t enough they may possibly have another model lined up. This Air Jordan I has been given the “Tuxedo” nickname as it sports a simple white and black color scheme with a layer of black patent leather surrounding the white areas of the sneaker. As of now there is no word of a release date, perhaps next year when Homecoming rolls around. Whatever the case may be, stay posted for more details regarding whether or not these samples do in fact drop. For those not willing to wait, you can now find a pair online via the ‘Bay.

Nike Zoom Lebron V (5) Unreleased Friends & Family Sample

Nike employee laced heat (He or she might be unemployed for selling all of this heat, who knows.) is auctioning off this uber-exclusive Friends & Family Nike Zoom LeBron V (5). Originally created in 2007, this size 9 sample tastefully features a vibrant gold upper, black patent leather accents and a leaf/clover pattern stitched into the middle panel . The ZLV’s ornamental midfoot strap and noticeable heel pull tab are incorporated to improve the shoe’s functionality on the court. I’m not sure what ‘Bron’s connection is to New Orleans, so is it even reasonable to assume that these were inspired by the Saints uniforms? What do you think this Nike Zoom LeBron V (5) unreleased Friends & Family sample was fostered by? Place your conjecture in the responses!

Air Jordan VI (6) Sample - White / Gold

As most sneakerheads can vividly remember, the Air Jordan Defining Moments Package (DMP) released back in 2006, and it was composed of an Air Jordan XI (11) and an Air Jordan VI (6). The AJ6 from the package featured a black base with metallic gold accents. The majority of people loved it, and the “DMP” Air Jordan VI is still a greatly sought after sneaker today. Now, more than three years later, we see a glimpse of what could have been the pair included in the package rather than the black based sneaker. This pair features a white upper with gold accents seen on the heel, midsole, inner lining, and tongue. As previously mentioned this white/gold Air Jordan VI (6) is only a sample, and is not slated to release in the future.

Air Jordan XIV (14) - White / Chambray - Metallic Silver - Unreleased Sample

The Air Jordan XIV (14) is one of the simplest and safest Air Jordan models made to date. Many colorways of the AJ14 were released in 2005, and we are now getting a detailed view of a colorway that never made it to retailers. Featuring a white upper with chambray accents, the colorway on these unreleased samples is pretty simple. One of the key aspects of this pair is the chambray colored inner lining. Though the inner lining color is not usually visible once it is being worn, it makes a huge difference to the appearance of the sneaker if it’s sitting on your shelves. As previously mentioned, this is a sample Air Jordan 14 and will not be released. The only way to cop a pair is through the ‘Bay.

Air Jordan Fusion 5 (V) - Black / Red Sample

The Air Jordan Fusion V (5) series was released in early 2008, but we are now getting a first look at a sample pair that never made it to store shelves. Featuring a black base with red stitching and accents, most sneakerheads deem it a godsend that this pair was never released. It appears as though the upper was composed of both leather and suede and even included red paint behind the black mesh net on the side. Contrasting with the black Air Force 1 midsole, this pair also yields a white “sunburst” design from the Air Jordan V (5). As previously mentioned, this pair is an unreleased sample and will not be released in the future. Via Kenlu.
